Bumbal does not gather information on persons younger than 16 either. If you should have any questions on this, please, contact us via info@bumbal.eu. In the case of applicants, Bumbal sometimes also processes personal data, that can perhaps be found in a CV with photograph, and the like. This is always done after obtaining permission from the applicant. Of course, Bumbal processes the BSN number of employees.
Automated decision-making
Bumbal does not take decisions on the basis of automated processing on matters that may have (considerable) consequences for persons. This concerns decisions that are taken by computer programmes or systems, without the intervention of people.

Unsubscribing for the newsletter can, of course, always be done via a link in the newsletter or by sending an email to: info@bumbal.eu
Period of time we save personal data
Bumbal does not save your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to realise the aim for which your data was gathered. We operate the following retention periods for the following personal data:
Sharing personal data with third parties
Bumbal only supplies personal data to third parties, if this is necessary to carry out our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation. In all cases there is an agreement with the party concerned in which it has been laid down the data may not be shared or used.
Bumbal uses social media and marketing tools from outside the EU, such as Mailchimp, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. These parties have declared (see Privacy Statements on their websites) that they adequately protect your data according to the rules of the AVG. Bumbal does not allow these parties to use personal data acquired via Bumbal other than the services we use the tools for.
Cookies, or comparable technologies, we use
Bumbal makes use of the following cookies on its website www.Bumbal.eu:
Google Analytics
Bumbal makes use of Google Analytics to keep track of in what way users use the website. This information is transferred and stored by Google with the IP address of your computer on servers in the United States. Read the privacy policy of Google and Google Analytics for more information: https://policies.google.com/?hl=nl. Bumbal has not granted permission to Google to use Analytics information acquired via Bumbal for other Google services.
GPS Tracking in Bumbal Mobile Drivers App
Determining the driver’s location is essential for the operation of Bumbal’s Track & Trace services. Location data, such as latitude and longitude, are collected and stored each time the Bumbal app is used. This information is displayed in the secure Bumbal web interface, but we do not share it with third parties. When the “background location” feature is enabled, the device’s location is also tracked when the app is active in the background. This means that the Bumbal drivers app periodically updates your location, even when you are not actively using the app (while it runs in the background). If this is not desired, tracking of the app’s location (both during active use and when it runs in the background) can always be disabled through the device settings. However, this function is necessary for the optimal functioning of the track & trace services within Bumbal.
Inspecting, adapting or removing data
You are entitled to inspect, correct or remove your personal data. In addition, you are entitled to withdraw your permission, if given, for data processing or raise objections to Bumbal processing your personal data and you are entitled to data portability. This means that you can ask us to send the personal data we have of you in a computer file to you or to another party, mentioned by you.
